On this International Womens Day, our Women in Aviation & Logistics initiative turned one.
Over the past year:
We pushed for more diversity in companies, at industry events and Boards.
Over this past year we celebrated the achievements of the great women professionals in aviation and logistics
And we walked the talk with concrete solutions - female experts database, mentorship database, and diversity data.
So it is extremely gratifying to see WAL bear fruits - the latest CARGOCONNECT edition talks about the great women in air cargo. And 7 out of 12 women featured are present in the WAL female experts database.
Seeing results make us push even harder.
